General Overview
The company’s origins trace back to Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al-Huzaimi, who established Al-Huzaimi Law Office after obtaining a license to practice agency work under the old system from the Grand Court of Madinah in 2000. He later acquired a license to practice law under the new system in 2003. In a bid to develop the business, a partnership was formed between Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Huzaimi and Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Yahya Al-Shareef, a former judge at the Ministry of Justice. It was agreed to transform the office into a professional firm. In 2011, the Ministry of Commerce approved its registration under the name: “Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Huzaimi and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Yahya Al-Shareef Law Firm and Legal Consultations.” The firm quickly gained a reputation for excellence in its field and is now one of the most prominent legal companies in the Kingdom.
